Hatha Yoga + Meditation + Journaling

Join us at one of the largest, most stunning botanical conservatories! The session will begin with hatha yoga, followed by meditation and we will conclude with journaling.

Please note: If you are brand-new to yoga, hatha yoga is a great entry point to the practice.

• 11:30 AM (Doors close at 11:45 AM)

• Yoga Mat
• Active wear
• Small throw blanket (Optional)

COVID-19 Guidelines

1. Face masks are required at all times.
2. Upon entry, your temperature will be checked, and you will be required to thoroughly sanitize your hands during check-in. (Please note: In the event that you do not pass the health screening, entry will be voided, and you will have the opportunity to redeem your ticket at a future SPIRITCHILL® event).
3. You will be asked to complete a brief COVID-19 health screening form.
4. Proper physical distance must be maintained at all times.

1. Do I need to print my ticket? No, you may present your ticket on your mobile device phone during check - in.
2. Are yoga mats required? Yes, please bring a yoga mat. (Please note: If you would like to purchase a yoga mat prior to the event, you may contact us via email: info@spiritchillwellness.com or by phone 312-788-4468
3. Is this session beginner friendly? Yes, all are welcome!
4. Parking available? Yes, the parking lot will be accessible to all attendees.
